The vision behind G and J Buildcon is driven by the leadership of Mr. Umesh Gatkal, whose journey in construction began in 2008. With valuable experience gained at multinational companies, he laid the foundation of his entrepreneurial path by establishing Aditya Construction in 2015, focusing on infrastructure and real estate development. Building on this success, he co-founded G&J Constructions in 2021, specializing as contractors, and later expanded into development with G&J Buildcon in 2025. His progressive approach, industry expertise, and commitment to quality have been instrumental in shaping G and J Buildcon into a trusted name in Construction and piling services
